Inspired and encouraged by his father, who was also a doctor, Enrina Diah attended medical school at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Indonesia after graduating from high school. At the end of her plastic and reconstructive surgery training at the University of Indonesia, she got a scholarship in Plastic Reconstructive and Craniofacial Surgery from Kantonsspital Basel, Switzerland, and Craniofacial Surgeon Fellowship at upon finishing her craniofacial fellowship in both countries, she got fellowship in Chulalongkorn Craniofacial Center Thailand.

She is the first CF Surgeon in the country. During her training, she got the opportunity to present her work in Ten Young Investigator Award at the ISCFS Conteneur Docs in Australia. After returning from the training, she dedicated her work as lecturer and Plastic Reconstructive, Craniofacial surgeon at University of Indonesia Cipto Mangunkusumo National Centre Hospital as per her dedication on teaching, she actively teaches in both local and international conferences. In 2009, she founded Ultimo Aesthetic & Dental Center, which is well-known as the first one-stop beauty clinic in Jakarta. The clinic provides variants of beauty treatments, ranging from skincare, plastic surgery, and also dental care.
