Frequently Asked Questions

A. LABIAPLASTY

Labiaplasty is a surgical procedure that will reduce the size, and/or reshape the labia minora. The labia minora is the inner labia or more commonly known as the lips of the vagina, and is situated between the outer labia and the vaginal opening. In woman of reproductive age, there is considerable variation in the size of the labia minora. For example women with large labia minora can experience pain during intercourse, or feel discomfort during everyday activities especially when wearing tight-fitted clothing. Other women may feel uncomfortable which will result in low self-esteem.

The purpose of labiaplasty is to improve the external appearance of the vagina. After the procedure, most women will have less discomfort during intercourse and feel more positive about their appearance which will result in an overall improvement of their self esteem.

A: It generally depends on the extent of the procedure, but each procedure usually takes about one to two hours.

A: As with any type of surgical procedure, there is usually a period of time needed for the body to heal. Generally, you should refrain from any type of sexual intercourse (vaginal penetration) for a period of 4-6 weeks. Your doctor would advise you if there was a change in this waiting period.

B. VAGINOPLASTY

After the stress of single or multiple-childbirth, vaginal tissues tend to lose their tone, often resulting in an increase in the width of the vaginal canal. During sexual intercourse this added width can result in less friction and decreased pleasure for both partners. Even with regular exercise, including Kegel exercise, vaginal tone may not improve significantly.

Vaginoplasty is a surgical procedure where the excess vaginal tissue is removed and the size of the vaginal opening reduced while other supportive tissues in the vagina are carefully repaired. The goal of the surgery is to increase the friction experienced by sexual partners during intercourse, which will improve pleasure that also result in greater self-esteem.

D. HOODECTOMY

Hoodectomy aims to reduce the clitoral foreskin. In common cases this procedure can be done together with Labiaplasty. The procedure will reduce the foreskin of the clitoris so that it will be more exposed and more easily stimulated that will result in increased sexual pleasure.

Under local anesthesia, bilateral excision (cutting) of the prepuce tissues covering the clitoral glans is performed with special attention to maintaining the glans in the midline. The small incision is closed with a few sutures that dissolve in about seven days.

After stitches dissolve by itself, it will leave unnoticeable scar.

It is recommended that full physical activities and sexual intercourse be delayed for three weeks to permit the sutures to dissolve and tissues to re-bond.

E. G-SPOT AMPLIFICATION

G-Spot or Gräfenberg spot procedure is increasingly becoming a trend. Because this is the most sensitive area in the vagina that will grow bigger when it is stimulated. G-Spot amplification procedure is a procedure that involves injection or filler directly on the area.

G-Spot Enhancement is a simple, non-intrusive and painless procedure in our clinics that will only lasts some 15 minutes. The time required to infuse collagen on the G- spot is only 10 seconds. It is worth mentioning that a portion of the total procedure includes measurements taken using a special vaginal expander to locate the G-spot which is slightly different in terms of positioning among the female population, and once it is located, the necessary collagen in a specified quantity is infused, unique for each patient according to each their exact anatomical features.

F. IREC TREATMENT

IREC is Intimate Rejuvenation Electromagnetic Chair, where we offer you the best solution with the latest technology. This truly innovative technology has been approved by the FDA (US Food & Drug Administration) and combines a basic principle of physics to provide a therapy that is totally non-invasive, painless, comfortable and most importantly, effective, for :

  • * Pelvic Pain
  • * Orgasm problems
  • * Vaginal Tonus
  • * Hemorrhoids

The pelvic floor muscles can sometimes becomes loose, weak or tight and cause some problem for women and men. Pelvic floor dysfunction may include any group of a certain clinical conditions that include urinary incontinence, fecal incontinence, sexual dysfunction (orgasm problems), vaginal tonus looseness (after 3 weeks of childbirth) and also hemorrhoids. It is estimated that at least one-third of adult women are affected by at least one of these conditions. Some conditions are reversible with pelvic floor exercises or kegel exercises. Both of which are recommended to strengthen the area’s muscles. Devices and probes are also available over the counter to increase pelvic floor tone by stimulating muscle contractions with electrical impulses.

Unlike any other therapy, IREC demands all the muscles of the pelvic floor to rebuild strength and endurance and re-establishing bladder control. The therapy is completely painless. The procedure is nothing else but a chair and patient sitting fully dressed up in comfortable chair. The patient feels a small vibration or tapping while sitting. They will be able to feel the pelvic floor muscles contracting. A treatment session takes around 20 minutes and is usually done two or three times a week. An improvement can be felt and noticed after 6 to 8 sessions. The greatest results will be achieved after 20 sessions.

A: It’s a lot simpler than you might think. IREC technology produces highly focused pulsed magnetic fields which will cause the pelvic floor muscles to contract and relax with each magnetic pulse, creating a physical exercise like any other muscular workout, except the brain is not directing the contraction. Kegel exercise machine is done at a level of power above that of a self-produced contraction and a total of more than 18,000 in one twenty-minute treatment. Other benefit derived from it is stimulating increased blood flows thus creating an overall assistance to the entire tissue region. The IREC technology penetration of the pelvic floor reaches up to 8 cm. And this is the ultimate therapy that will bring you best result for your pelvic floor problems and will result in a better health.
